Thickener with central transmission
Central transmission thickener is applied to mechanical discharging of small radial flow live vertical flow sedimentation sink and concentrated sink. It can further separate the free water in the sludge to reduce sludge and improve the concentration of sludge. Then, it discharges the concentrated sludge out of the sink. The structure, construction condition and the characteristic are the same as that of the mud scraper.
Application material : Coal, slime, waste water, waste residue, etc
Structure
Thickener commonly is mainly composed of thickener, jialing, transmission device, jialing lifting device, feeding device, discharge device and signal safety device, etc
There is a grid on the scraping arm which is beneficial to improve the sedimentation efficiency. It’s mainly used in dewatering concentrate in wet separation as the first stage of dewatering—-for concentration. Generally, it’s set between the concentration and filtration device, and it’s also used to dewater before concentration sometimes. Meanwhile, it’s also applied for dewatering in chemical industry and coal concentrate plant.
Advantages
1.It adopts reducer and vortex transmission with long transmission torque and high efficiency. The torque protection device ensures safe use;
2.For overloading, the sludge scraping system can be lifted manually (or electrically) and then be slowed down to scrape sludge;
3.Mud collector is set with small scraper board to stir the sludge to ensure complete discharge without congestion;
4.Simple inner structure makes it convenient for placement of hydraulic pressure and electric control system;
5.Adjusting the oil discharging of oil pump can adjust the rotary speed of the rake rack which can achieve automatic rake lifting and lowering.
